- Choose one of the 4 Rosary Meditations to pray. They were developed from words that were given to Elizabeth Kindelmann by Jesus and Mary.
- Follow the 13 steps of the Cenacle Prayer Format. It contains the essential prayers to the Flame of Love Movement and the order to pray them.
- When praying with others, it is suggested to conclude with the Prayer to Receive the Flame of Love.
