Take
Courage
“My
little one, take courage and gaze at Me. May our eyes look at each other and
our glances melt in one another.”
(Jesus) (Compendium Page 50)
Today’s Readings: At once Jesus spoke to them, “Take courage, it is I; do not be afraid. “Peter said to him in reply, “Lord, if it is you, command me to come to you on the water.” He said, “Come.” (Matthew 14)
Prayer Meditation- Lord, You call us out upon the waters, the great unknown where feet may fail! We want to come out to walk with You, but we so often can’t keep our eyes above the waves. Lord help us not to doubt, why do we have so little faith? Call us Lord like You called Peter and command us to come to You- may our glances melt in one another as we keep our eyes fixed on You, the only one who walks with us through the storms of our life. You will never let us sink when we look down if we but call Your Name! Lord, may our humble prayer be Your Command!
