Quieting Our Souls

Today’s Readings: All were amazed and asked one another,
“What is this? A new teaching with authority. He commands even the unclean spirits and they obey him.” (Mark 1)
Prayer Mediation- O Lord, only You have the authority to set us free from whatever is in the way of You and Your Work in our souls! Help us to quiet our souls- the enemy of our souls wants agitation but You bring true peace! Lord it is easy to be tossed about in the waves of life when we try to maintain this peace and quiet on our own but it is when we take that elevator of trust to go higher that we find You always the same and always Peace! So let us submit to Your teaching with faith, hope and confidence as we place ourselves under Your Authority!
