Just a Cup of Water
“Your soul is like a spring from which the purest water gushes, a water that not only refreshes but also purifies. It refreshes Me, and through your desires, purifies the sinful souls.” (Jesus) (April 19, 1964)
Today’s Readings: And whoever gives only a cup of cold water to one of these little ones to drink because he is a disciple– amen, I say to you, he will surely not lose his reward.” (Matthew 10)
Prayer Meditation- Lord, when You live in us, our souls are purified by Your Living Waters. And through You we can love others and we bring You to them. Lord, You have told us that just a cup of water given to the little ones, all of those souls we meet who are consciously or unconsciously are seeking You, is so valuable in Your Eyes. Lord are we looking for those opportunities to provide those little sips of water to all of those so thirsty in our lives for Your love and truth whether they know it or not? Lord Jesus help us to come alongside those we meet today so that souls would be refreshed by Your Living Water flowing in us!
