I Love You Lord My Strength
“O Lord, I desire You with an insatiable thirst. I want to love You with all my strength. I want to love You for all who are not close to You. (Elizabeth) (April 8, 1962)
Today’s Readings: I love you, O LORD, my strength,
O LORD, my rock, my fortress, my deliverer.
R. I love you, Lord, my
strength.
My God, my rock of refuge,
my shield, the horn of my salvation, my stronghold!
Praised be the LORD, I exclaim!
And I am safe from my enemies. (Psalm 18)
Prayer Meditation- I love You Lord My Strength, In these times, could there be any more comforting words than these? My strength, my rock, my fortress, my deliverer, my God in whom I trust! So much coming against us from all sides- We are afflicted in every way, but not constrained; perplexed, but not driven to despair, persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed; always carrying about in the body the dying of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be manifested in our body. (2 Corinthians 4:8-10). Lord, we thirst for You with everything we’ve got and we love You for all of those who do not know how to love You! And we know we can raise a Hallelujah in any storm we are in because the battle belongs to You! We love You Lord our strength!
