For The Sake of Ten- A Lifestyle of Reparation
“I accept this profound repentance with which you prostrated yourself before Me for the sake of others, and I grant them My pardon.” (Jesus) (August 18, 1965)
Today’s Readings: But he still persisted: “Please, let not my Lord grow angry if I speak up this last time .What if there are at least ten there?” He replied, “For the sake of those ten, I will not destroy it.” (Genesis 18)
Prayer Meditation- Lord, today we read how Abraham was interceding for and bargaining for the lives of others. In these times when faith seems to have almost disappeared from the Earth we are called to intercede too for others, especially our loved ones. We are being called to a lifestyle of reparation- prayer, especially the Rosary, fasting, frequent Mass and confession, listening to Your Word by reading the Bible! Lord, help us join Our Lady in getting our loved ones on to the Ark as we eagerly await the renewal of the face of the Earth! Come Holy Spirit! Come through the means of the Flame of Love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary!
