Faith and Confidence
The Lord Jesus told me that He had just given me, with wonderful strength, the grace of faith and confidence, because without these two virtues, no other virtues can take root in either me, or in any other soul. (Elizabeth) (March 24, 1963)
Today’s Readings: “A prophet is not without honor except in his native place and in his own house.” And he did not work many mighty deeds there because of their lack of faith.(Matthew 13)
Prayer Meditation- Lord, we thank You and love You so much for the gift of faith! Lord may we always have lively faith so that Your Mighty Deeds can shine forth in us! Lord You work in our souls when we are full of confidence and trust! Distrust on the part of souls, You told St. Faustina, tears at Your insides (Diary Paragraph 50) Lord may we always trust in You and have confidence in Your ability to perform mighty works for us, in us, and through us today!
