Doers of the Word
“You see that almost no one is doing anything. The Flame of Love of My Mother is not yet going forward. You, My little one, must stir up the fire because you have been chosen for this. (Jesus) (July 12, 1962)
Today’s Readings: Humbly welcome the word that has been planted in you and is able to save your souls. Be doers of the word and not hearers only, deluding yourselves. (James 1)
Prayer Meditation- Lord, today we are in crisis in Our Church and in Our World. Help us to stir into flame (2 Timothy 1:6) the Word You have planted in our hearts and to be doers of the Word! Lord, please help us not to be paralyzed by the media and anything that makes us take our eyes off of You. It is so easy to get caught up in emotions and anger in times like this but that is what the enemy wants- anything but God and even Christians fall into the trap. We must fight fire with fire, the fire of hatred with the fire of love (Flame of Love Diary December 6, 1964) Let us be sparkles of light enkindled by the Flame of Love so that souls would be enlightened because the greater the number who pray and sacrifice, the greater the power of the Flame of Love on earth will be! Thy Kingdom come, thy Will be done. Fiat!
