Ooops, for some reason your transaction was declined

Below are a few common reasons why that may have happened:

Card information entered incorrectly

Double-check that your card details are correct and that you’ve used the right postal or zip code on your billing address. 

It is possible that either your card expired or you mistyped the expiration date. 

When putting a payment through online, some banks require an extra 3D secure transaction.  You may have entered an incorrect password on the 3D secure pop-up.

Unusual activity.  Your bank may decline your payment if your recent activity triggers their security system. The kind of activity that can trigger security includes an unexpected large purchase, an unusually high number of purchases over a short period or a purchase in a different country.

Insufficient funds or you’ve reached your credit limit
