A cradle Catholic, David Proctor has been married to his wife Pamela Proctor since 1981. They have four sons, two daughters, and four granddaughters. He was a member of the Community of Restoration and Tree House Ministries in St. Louis, Missouri from 1979 to 1990.
He is associated with Presentation Ministries out of Cincinnati, Ohio (a ministry for home-based communities founded by the late Fr. Al Lauer) from 1992 to present (Indianapolis). David has been an active member of Our Lady of the Greenwood Parish since 2001.
He has been involved since 2009 with Missionaries of the Immaculate Mediatrix (MIM), a lay organization of the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate.
He presently serves as Vice President and Treasurer for MIM. He has been actively involved with the Flame of Love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary since 2017 and currently serving as Associate State Leader for Indiana.
